Areas of Interest: His areas of interest are suture-less cataract surgery using phacoemulsification technique & cold phaco. Since 2000 he is working as a consultant ophthalmologist in city of Pune.

Educational Details: Dr. Amit Roy completed MBBS in 1997 from Aurangabad university. There after he completed DOMS in 2000 from Wadia hospital Solapur. He has done fellowship in contact lenses (FCLC) from Dr. Sahai eye research centre, Jaipur. He has done 6 posts for DNB examination. He was working as a lecturer in ophthalmology at Talegaon medical college for a period of 7 years. He has conducted innumerable cataract camps.

His services are available at Shashwat hospital from Monday to Saturday 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
